Fees

Our aim is to be at least as cheap as an online estate agent but offer everything and more that a high street agent does. The more expensive your home is, the more you stand to save with our £795 upfront flat fee. Also many agents have a minimum fee which can often be £1500 + VAT (£1800 including VAT) so more modest properties can also save a substantial amount.

Pop in and Speak

We are based in Clacton on Sea’s Station Road. You can simply pop in a speak to us in person. No more call centres and being passed from pillar to post. Obviously you can phone or email us. We even offer a vendor portal where you can access information regarding the marketing of your property 24/7

Flexibility

Packages can be tailored to your specific requirements, and you can often track viewings and feedback online.

Freedom to Use Multiple Agents

There is no minimum contract period, which means you can instruct other estate agents if you wish (maximum term is 12 months)

Legwork

Viewings

We will always try to provide accompanied views for FREE. So if you are not comfortable showing strangers around your home or the property is vacant we can do this for you.

We offer an upfront payment option or you can opt for a traditional option and pay a very completive fee on completion.
